The Ladies First Course is a women’s concealed carry and defensive handgun training built for real life—helping you feel safe, think clearly, and stay in control without confusion or wasted time. Designed for beginners through intermediate shooters, this women’s handgun class focuses on firearm safety, pistol fundamentals, and practical self-defense skills so you can respond with confidence—not hesitation. 

You’ll train in a supportive, women-focused environment with hands-on coaching, live-fire practice, and clear guidance on choosing and using the right firearm for your needs.

Firearms and hearing protection are provided, making it easy to start—even if you don’t own a gun. You’ll also be guided through essential gear and setup, including eye protection, ammunition, holsters, and proper equipment, so you leave fully prepared to continue training.

Required Equipment:

• Reliable handgun (semi-automatic or revolver)
• Minimum of 2 magazines (for semi-automatics)
• Quality holster (if applicable)
• Eye protection
• Hearing protection (provided if needed)
• 150–200 rounds of factory ammunition
• Sturdy belt for support (recommended)
