Women’s Defensive Handgun Development Course
(Intermediate to Advanced Course)
This 2-day development course is designed for women who have foundational experience and are ready to grow further with structured coaching and guided instruction.
An extension of the Ladies First program, this course provides a deeper dive into shooting acuity, defensive handgun skills, and personal growth. Students refine fundamentals while building speed, accuracy, and confidence under experienced instruction in a supportive training environment.
Training includes classroom learning and structured live-fire range sessions across both days.

Course Duration

- Approximately 6 hours per day
- 12 total training hours
- Maximum class size: 12 students
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable handgun (semi-automatic or revolver)
- Minimum of 2 magazines (for semi-automatics)
- Quality holster (if applicable)
- Eye protection
- Hearing protection
- 250–300 rounds of factory ammunition
- Sturdy belt for support (recommended)
- Your current range bag.
