DESCRIPTION:JBS Training Group’s 2-Day American Gas Gun is designed with the intention of correcting flaws in mechanics\, manipulations\, marksmanship\, movement\, and processing. This is not a beginner’s course. Attendees should have basic knowledge of weapon safety/handling\, and at minimum\, be able to hit the A zone of a full-sized IPSC silhouette at 25 yards with no time standard. Students will leave with the tools necessary to continue their journey on being the best rifle shooter they can be. \nTopics Covered \n \n\nSafety and handling\nGear selection\nGear set up\nDry fire practice and how to maximize return when practicing\nZeroing\nAiming and the breakdown of the relationship between sight alignment and sight picture\nReloading\nManaging recoil\nTarget transitions and processing\nThe presentation\nMarksmanship (Trigger manipulation in sync with the optic)\nMental discipline applied to the gun\nSpeed and where it comes from\nShot calling\nMechanics/Manipulations\nMovement\n\nGear Required \n\nRecommended: 1000 rifle rounds\nCompetition/Duty grade rifle (No bolt action/lever action)\nMinimum of 3 magazines\nPouches for magazines\nEye and ear protection (Electronic Ears Preferred)\nCompetition/Duty grade Sling (1 point or 2 point preferred)\nHydration and snacks for the day\nNotebook and writing utensil\nRain gear as applicable\nKnee and elbow pads if needed\nLubrication for weapon system\n\nCANCELLATION POLICY \nPayment must be made in full for desired training sessions.
