DESCRIPTION:Our Introduction to Firearms Course is a four-hour introductory class taught by an NRA Certified Instructor. This class is for the novice or inexperienced shooter\, and it is designed to build a foundation for firearm safety and knowledge. Whether you want to feel comfortable with a firearm or proceed to more advanced training\, later on\, this course is for you. \nWe believe that we are the best choice for a safe and comfortable training environment\, and we are committed to your safety. \nPlease note that the live-fire session of this course will be conducted at one of our partnered ranges and will take place at the end of the course. Additional information regarding the live-fire session is below. \n\nAMMO IS NOT INCLUDED\nNo live ammo is permitted in the classroom portion of this course.\nAll firearms must be cased and unloaded. NO EXCEPTIONS.\nAll participants must be 13 or older to take this course\, and a parent or legal guardian must attend the same course or remain on the premises the entire time.\n\nNOTE: THIS IS NOT AN NRA-APPROVED COURSE \n3+ Hour Classroom Session. Upon successful completion of this course\, the student will be eligible for his or her concealed carry permit. The live-fire session of this course will be conducted at one of our partnered ranges and will take place at the end of the course. Additional information regarding the live-fire session is below. \n\nNO FIREARMS NEEDED. Bear Arms Training provides all equipment.\nAmmo is not included in this course. Ammo is available for purchase at the range.\nParticipants need 50 rounds of ammo for the live fire portion of this course.\nNo live ammo is permitted inside of the classroom portion of the course.\nIf you are brining your own firearm\, all firearms must be cased and unloaded. NO EXCEPTIONS.\n\nThis is a 6+ hour course with a maximum class size of 12.
